There are some very talented old ladies out there standing behind some very talented men. I happen to know all of this because of my husband and his life of motor bikes and everything related. The first couple that I thought of was Max Schaaff and his lady Sarah Rainey. Max is a super talented bike builder, painter, and pro skater check out his blog 4Q Conditioning . I have had the pleasure of meeting Max and he is a super rad dude. My husband has spent some time with both Max an Sarah at past bike shows and he has nothing but good things to say about them. Another talented and interesting couple is Jason Jessee and his girl Jen McMillan who owns Bandit Brand and creates her own 70's, motorcycle, vintage inspired tees and jewelry. A few years back I stopped in a store called MAP in Province Town that my husband and I sold our wallets to, and I bought this awesome purse made out of a vintage biker tee with a David Mann graphic on it. I love that purse, and the woman Pauline (awesome chick) was telling me how Jason Jessee's girlfriend made these and how great she was. I was Sold! Now She seems like a pretty rad girl, unfortunately I read a recent interview and I don't think she would like me too much. Seeing as Harlett is all fox and raccoon tails...... to each their own i guess.




Last couple that comes to mind is Fuct owner Eric Brunetti and wife Emmelie Brunetti (love the way she spells her name). This is another power duo that kinda amazing. If you are a skater boy or a biker boy then Fuct clothing is an all too familiar brand created in 1991. His wife is killing it with her perfume solids. I think it is super important to be in a relationship where you can be creative and work together. My husband and I are always researching(him more than me)and creating, to find what works. We have two brands that we work together on and we haven't killed each other yet so I think that we are on the right path!
